Casualess also automatically collects and receives certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the Platforms, and the Applications, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the Website or otherwise use the Services, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web page(s) you access (as applicable).

When you first register for a Casualess account, and when you use the Services, we collect some Personal Information about you such as:

• The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices
• Your full name, phone number, username, and email address and other contact details
• A unique Casualess user ID (an alphanumeric string) which is assigned to you upon registration
• Other information as part of your account profile including profile images, identification images and other images
• Your IP Address and, when applicable, timestamp related to your consent and confirmation of consent
• Other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods
• All information created by your account when using Casualess Sites, Platforms, Applications.

Terms of Service: To use the Casualess Apps, you may be required to register to become a Casualess member. In doing so, you must accept Casualess’s Terms of Service.

Privacy: Casualess may collect and use information concerning your use of the Casualess Apps as set forth in its Privacy Policy (https://casualess-app.web.app/privacy-policy.html).

Limited License: Casualess grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to use the Casualess Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Maintenance and Support: Because the Casualess Apps are free to download and use, Casualess does not provide any maintenance or support for them.

Warranty: The Casualess Apps are provided for free on an "as is" basis. As such, Casualess disclaims all warranties about the Casualess Apps to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Product Claims: Casualess does not make any warranties concerning the Casualess Apps.

Third Party Intellectual Property Claims: Casualess shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the Casualess Apps.

U.S. Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Access and Use of Service: Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• access or use the Services if you are not fully able and legally competent to agree to these Terms or are authorized to use the Services by your parent or legal guardian;

• use the Services, without our express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisement or solicitation or spamming;
• interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services, disrupt our website or any networks connected to the Services, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
• incorporate the Services or any portion thereof into any other program or product. In such case, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or limit access to the Services in our sole discretion;
• use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services;
• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent you or your affiliation with any person or entity, including giving the impression that any content you upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available emanates from the Services;

• use the Services to upload, transmit, distribute, store or otherwise make available in any way: files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other prohibited form of solicitation;
• any private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, number and feature in the personal identity document (e.g., National Insurance numbers, passport numbers) or credit card numbers;
• any material which does or may infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person;
• any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory;
• any material that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence, dangerous activities or self-harm;
• any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonise people, especially trolling and bullying, or is intended to harass, harm, hurt, scare, distress, embarrass or upset people;
• any material that contains a threat of any kind, including threats of physical violence;
• any material that is racist or discriminatory, including discrimination on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability or sexuality;
• any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analysis or recommendations that you are not properly licensed or otherwise qualified to provide; or
• material that, in the sole judgment of Casualess, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Services, or which may expose Casualess, the Services or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

Limitations Of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Casualess be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or error or mistake, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit or revenue or wage, or derive in health problem, injury, or death, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the Casualess Sites, the Platforms, and the Applications, even if Casualess or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

User to Sites, Platforms, Applications And How It Applies

By using any of the Services, or submitting or collecting any Personal Information via the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage disclosure, and use of your Personal Information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the use of your Personal Information in these ways, please stop using the Services.
